Enjoy the beautiful Destin Harbor as your office and interact with guests from all over the world. We offer positions in a variety of areas from the booth to the boats and are always looking for people who are dedicated to providing our guests with a delightful experience. We aim to exceed our guests’ expectations and improve every day.
We are busiest between March through October, but we operate all year round and have opportunities for year-round positions. We offer on-the-job training, competitive wages, and benefits beyond most in the industry.

As a part of the Buccaneer crew you are an integral part of our daily operation and our guests’ experiences. There are two primary roles as a mate on the Buccaneer (1) working in the galley as a pirate bartender and (2) as an actor in the pirate show where we teach kids to become pirates. You will dress, walk, and talk like a pirate during cruises as an entertainer, and just dress like a pirate when working in the galley.
The ideal candidate will be seeking further acting experience, will be comfortable on boats, enjoy working with people, especially kids, and be willing to be part of the team environment. You will also be responsible for cleaning the boats before and after each tour. Line handling, safety, and customer service training is provided.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Basic bartending skills
- Basic food preparation skills
- Previous acting experience is strongly preferred
- Previous boating experience is a plus

The role of Guest Services is to be the face of the organization and generate interest and enthusiasm in our tours and help answer questions from our guests. Guest Services is primarily responsible for ticket sales, answering customer inquiries, and helping to facilitate the boarding process.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and want to provide a best-in-class customer experience. You will work with the leadership team to coordinate all “onshore” guest experiences. You will be responsible for working in the ticket booth to proactively sell tickets, process reservations, answer customer questions about our tours, and help facilitate the tour onboarding process. Reservation software training and customer service training is provided.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus

The role of Guest Services Assistant Manager help manage the Guest Services team. Guest Services is the face of the organization designed to generate interest and enthusiasm in our tours, help answer questions from our guests, and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and want to provide a best-in-class customer experience. You will work with the leadership team to coordinate all “onshore” guest experiences. You will be responsible for working in the ticket booth to proactively sell tickets, manage the team, train new hires, help with cash reconciliations, process reservations, answer customer questions about our tours, and help facilitate the tour onboarding process. Reservation software training, management, and customer service training is provided.
